Im 5'3 \ 162 cm
my SW was 68.8 kilos, and im currently trying to lose weight the healthy way and be happy with myself. Ive been struggling with my weight for as long as I can remember and I hope that by summer 2012 ill be where ive always wanted to be.

Update

Hey guys, I havent been as active as usuall because ive been having a pretty shitty time, and the past 2 weeks have been a workout disaster.

But today I went to the gym and had probably the best workout ever, I told myself that instead of coming 4 times a week and having a shitty time I should come 3 times and do a kick ass workout, so I ended up doing

75 minutes on the elliptical : burned 800, distance 11.13 km

35 minutes treadmill: burned 200, distance 3.64 km. (my legs were cramping up and It was all I could do just to walk, so only 4 minutes running here)

and then stretching.

So, pretty good right? I should have added in stomach\ weights but honestly I dont know what to do about my arms, they only get bigger when I lift weights and I want them small and toned not bulky (damn you genetics!)
